This policy describes how Stellar Quantum SAS processes personal data in connection with the stellarquantum.com website, a site presenting the company and its software. It is separate from the privacy policy of the Geremy.ai service, which governs the processing related to use of the application.

1. Data processed and purposes
This site has no form, no user account and no audience-measurement tool. The only data likely to be processed are:
- Technical hosting logs (IP address, connection data) generated automatically by our host, for the purposes of security and proper operation of the site (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- Data you provide to us voluntarily if you contact us by email or telephone, solely for the purpose of handling your request (legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures).
- Data of our team members published in the “The team” section (first or last name, photograph and short biography), disclosed with the consent of the persons concerned in order to present the company (legal basis: legitimate interest). Each person concerned may, at any time, request the rectification or removal of their data by writing to rgpd@stellarquantum.com.
2. Recipients
The data are processed by authorised personnel of Stellar Quantum SAS and by our host (acting as a processor). No data are sold or transferred to third parties.
3. Transfers outside the EU
The site is hosted within the European Union. No data are transferred outside the EU in connection with this site.
4. Retention periods
- Technical logs: short duration, limited to security needs.
- Email exchanges: up to 3 years after the last contact.
5. Your rights
